Skip broken device with LastMeasure nil

I have an broken sensor in my netatmo config which return LastMeasure equal nil.

The best solution without breaking backwards compatibility that I have seen is to return a timestamp of 0.

PS: Thanks a lot for your update with the refresh token login!
